Two Oklahoma State Senators have put forth bills aimed at banning cultivated meat ahead of their 2025 legislative session, which begins next week.

Authored by Sen. Grant Green, the first bill (SB22) is an amendment to the state's Meat Consumer Protection Act, aimed at banning cultivated meat in the state.
