Chipotle invests in Plantible

Plantible lands undisclosed investment from fast casual chain's early-stage investment fund.

Through its Cultivate Next Fund, Chipotle Mexican Grill on Wednesday announced it has made a minority investment in Plantible, a seven-year-old firm trying to create a functional plant-based protein from the aquatic plant Lemna.
