Mosa Meat applies for EU authorization

Dutch cultivated meat firm submits novel foods authorization in EU for fat ingredient.

Maastricht-based Mosa Meat on Wednesday announced it has submitted its first request for novel foods market approval in the European Union. This submission is for its cultivated fat as an ingredient.
