Jackfruit hybrid burger coming to foodservice

The Jackfruit Company will supply the plant-based ingredient, increasing its reach throughout the US.

Performance Food Group Co., which serves more than 300,000 foodservice locations, on Tuesday announced the launch of its latest product — the FarmSmart Beef & Jackfruit Burger. The blended burger is created in collaboration with The Jackfruit Company.
