Editor’s blog: Delicious food and friendly faces

Over the past 14 months, I’ve visited lots of alt-meat facilities, but until I visited Planetarians to report yesterday’s story, I had no idea what it meant to get up close and personal with the men and machines making alt-meat products. 

It was loud. And hot. And surprisingly fragrant. 

But it was also fun and even kind of joyous… Maybe part of that…
